The Board of Directors of the Company would like to announce that Ms. Jeanelle Tan ("Ms. Tan") has been appointed as Finance Manager of the Company with effect from 6 March 2012.
As a Finance Manager, Ms. Tan will be responsible for the accouting, finance, tax and compliance matters of the Group. She has accumulated 18 years of working experience in different industries, i.e. accouting/auditing/tax services, entertainment/media, healthcare/medical, general and wholesale trading, printing/publishing and automobile/automotive ancillary/vehicle.

Prior to joining the Company, she was a Finance Manager in Symphony Group of Companies from May 2010 to March 2012. During the period of April 2008 to May 2010, she worked as Accounts Manager, fully responsible for the financial reporting function of Cosmos Group of Companies. She was responsible for accounting matters from June 1994 to December 2000 in other private limited companies. Ms. Tan is a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountant and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
