The Board of Directors of SJC is pleased to announce that they are recommending a Final Dividend of 5 sen less 25% income tax for the financial year ended 31 December 2012, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid Final Dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
