- STRIKING-OFF OF A DORMANT SUBSIDIARY PURSUANT TO SECTION 308 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1965 ("THE ACT")
Further to the announcement made on 29 November 2013, the Board of Directors of SJC wishes to inform that Seni Jaya Services Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 402327-H), a 60% owned subsidiary of SJC is deemed dissolved following the publication of the notice of striking off pursuant to Section 308(4) of the Act dated 13 November 2013 ("the Notice").
The Notice was received by SJC on 28 November 2013.
