Qualifications	Ms. Tan Saw Lee ("Ms. Tan") is a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountant and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Working experience and occupation	Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Tan was a Finance Manager in Symphony Group of Companies from May 2010 to March 2012. During the period of April 2008 to May 2010, she worked as Accounts Manager, fully responsible for the financial reporting function of Cosmos Group of Companies. She was responsible for accounting matters from June 1994 to December 2000 in other private limited companies.

Remarks :

Ms. Tan Saw Lee's designation in the Company is Finance Manager and she is primarily responsible for the Management of financial affairs of the Company.

The role of the Finance Manager of the Company shall be temporarily assumed by Ms. Hoo Pei Sie and any subsequent appointment thereon will be announced in due course.
