Further to the announcement dated 20 May 2015 and the Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held at Green II, Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, Jalan Kelab Tropicana, 47410 Petaling Jaya, Selangor on Tuesday, 23 June 2015 at 9.00 a.m., the Board of SJCB wishes to announce that the shareholders of the Company had resolved that Messrs. Deloitte be appointed as Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2015 in place of the retiring Auditors, Messrs Deloitte & Touche and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting at a remuneration to be determined by the Directors.
