Seni Jaya Corporation Berhad is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors had resolved to recommend a single-tier final dividend of 1.0 sen per ordinary share of RM 1.00 each for the financial year ended 31 December 2015, subject to the Shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The date of entitlement and the date of the payment in respect of the aforesaid proposed single-tier final dividend will be determine and announced in due course.
