We refer to your Company?s announcement dated 11 October 2016 in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

  1. The eventual issued and paid-up capital of Big Tree Seni Jaya Sdn Bhd (?Big Tree Seni Jaya?).
  2. Seni Jaya Corporation Berhad?s sources of funds for financing the investment in Big Tree Seni Jaya, and the breakdown thereof.

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this reply shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement announced by the Company on 11 October 2016 in relation to the Incorporation of an Associated Company.


1.  The eventual paid up capital of Big Tree Seni Jaya shall be RM1 million as a requirement under the Mass Rapid Transit (?MRT?) tender requirement.


2.  SJC shall use internal funds for the subscription of shares in Big Tree Seni Jaya.
