Seni Jaya Corporation Berhad is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors had resolved to recommend a single-tier final dividend of 1.0 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2016, subject to the Shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The date of entitlement and the date of payment in respect of the aforesaid proposed single-tier final dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
