Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(iii) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Seni Jaya Sdn. Bhd., had provided a financial assistance in the aggregate amount of RM12,848,001/- to Big Tree Seni Jaya Sdn. Bhd. (?BTSJ?) during the financial year ended 31 December 2018.

The financial assistance provided was in the ordinary course of business and to facilitate the running of the business operations and financial affairs of BTSJ.

The financial assistance provided does not have a material effect on the share capital, shareholding structure or net assets of the Company.
