The Board of Directors of SJC wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened for the Proposed Adoption of New Constitution of the Company. The Proposed Adoption of New Constitution will bring the Company's Constitution in line with the Companies Act 2016 and the amended Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as well as to enhance administrative efficiency.

The details of the Proposed Adoption of New Constitution will be circulated together with the Annual Report 2018 to the shareholders of SJC in due course.
