Reference is made to the Company?s announcement dated 1 November 2019 in respect of the Resignation of External Auditors of the Company.

The Board of Directors of SJC wishes to announce that Messrs. Mazars PLT, having consented to act as External Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, has been appointed as the External Auditors of the Company with effect from 22 November 2019 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
