SJC wishes to inform that the Company had on 5 June 2020 received approval from the Companies Commission of Malaysia for an extension of time of 90 days to hold the Company?s 27th AGM pursuant to Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016. As such, the original deadline of 30 June 2020 to hold the Company?s 27th AGM is now extended by 90 days to 28 September 2020. The date of the Company?s 27th AGM will be announced in due course. This announcement is dated 5 June 2020. |
