Reference is made to the circular issued by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 16 June 2021 in relation to the Extension of Time for Issuance of Quarterly and Annual Reports.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company would like to utilize the 1-month extension of time for issuance of the quarterly reports for the financial period ended 30 June 2021 (?Quarterly Reports?) and therefore, the Quarterly Reports would be released on or before the extended due date, i.e. by 30 September 2021.
