PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF 100% EQUITY INTEREST IN TOPPER MEDIA SDN. BHD. FOR A TOTAL CASH CONSIDERATION OF RM5,000,000.00 BY SENI JAYA OOH SDN. BHD., AN INDIRECT WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY

Reference is made to the Company?s announcements dated 16 June 2021 and 18 June 2021 (the ?Announcements?). All abbreviate terms here shall have the same meaning as those set out in the Announcements unless otherwise stated.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed today following the final payment of RM1.2 million paid to the stakeholder. Following the completion of the Proposed Acquisition, TMSB is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of SJOOH and in turn, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
