Remarks:

The Warrants will be credited into the entitled warrantholders' central depository system account and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled warrantholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of the Company prior to the listing and quotation of the Warrants. Entitled warrantholders are not required to take any action.

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after submission of the quotation application to Bursa Securities.
