The Board of Directors of SJCB (the ?Board?) wishes to announce that SJCB (the ?Purchaser?) has on 26 November 2021, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (?SPA?) with OCR Construction Sdn Bhd (?OCRC? or the ?Vendor?) for the proposed acquisition of one (1) unit of parcel bearing Parcel No. 20-01 held under Geran 54432, Lot 45822 Seksyen 39, Bandar Petaling Jaya, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor known as THE MATE (the ?Parcel?) measuring 8,021 square feet at a total consideration of RM7,300,000.00 (?Purchase Price?) (?Proposed Acquisition?).
