The Board of Directors of SJC (the "Board") wishes to announce that Seni Jaya Production Sdn Bhd ("SJP" or the "Vendor"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 26 July 2022 entered into separate Sale and Purchase Agreements ("SPAs" or individually referred to as "SPA") with GP Autobat Sdn Bhd (the "Purchaser") for the disposal of two (2) blocks of four (4) storey shop/office held under Mukim Kuala Lumpur, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (the "Properties" or individually referred to as the "Property") for a total consideration of RM9.50 million ("Proposed Disposal").
