PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF TWO (2) BLOCKS OF FOUR (4) STOREY SHOP/OFFICE HELD UNDER MUKIM KUALA LUMPUR, DAERAH KUALA LUMPUR, NEGERI WILAYAH PERSEKUTUAN KUALA LUMPUR BY SENI JAYA PRODUCTION SDN BHD, A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY, TO GP AUTOBAT SDN BHD

We refer to your Company?s announcement dated 26 July 2022, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) To provide further details in arriving at the basis and justification of the Proposed Disposal, i.e. the market?s recent transacted price as benchmark.

2) To state whether any valuation was conducted on the Properties. To provide details of the valuation if valuation has been conducted. If not, to provide a negative statement and reason(s) for not conducting a valuation.

3) To state what were the existing use of the Properties. To provide details on the impact of the Proposed Disposal if the Properties were used for Company?s existing operations.

4) To provide the method of calculation in arriving at the gain on disposal of RM6.99 million.

5) To be more specific for each of the items under utilization of proceeds of the Proposed Disposal
