Further to the Company?s announcement dated 2 September 2022 in relation to the resignation of auditors, the Board of Directors of SJC wishes to announce that Messrs. CAS Malaysia PLT (AF 1476) has given their consent to act as auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) & (7) of the Companies Act 2016 via their letter dated 27 September 2022 and has been appointed as the auditors of the Company with effect from 27 September 2022.
