We refer to the announcements made on 27 October 2021, 16 November 2021, 13 December 2021, 21 October 2022 and 25 October 2022 in relation to the Proposals (?Announcements?). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the following securities will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue: (i) 145,600,590 Bonus Shares; and (ii) 72,799,395 additional Warrants.
The above securities will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 9 November 2022, being the next market day after the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue.
The enlarged share capital of SJC is now RM56,405,730 comprising 194,134,120 SJC Shares.
