The Board of Directors of the Company has on 28 August 2023 approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 31 December 2023 to 30 June 2024. The next financial year will be commenced from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2024, covering a period of 18 months. Thereafter, the subsequent financial years shall end on 30 June annually. The reason for the change of the financial year end is to facilitate better management of resources of business operations and financial reporting.
