The Board of Directors of SJC wishes to announce that the Board had on 28 August 2023 approved the Audit Committee's recommendation to appoint Messrs Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT as the new Auditors of the Company for the financial period ending 30 June 2024 upon received the written consent to act as Auditors of the Company dated 10 July 2023, after taking into account, inter alia, the proposed audit fee, profile, competence, quality and resource capacity of Messrs Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT.
