We refer to the announcements made on 18 October 2023, 20 October 2023, 25 October 2023 and 3 November 2023 in relation to the Private Placement (?Announcements?). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Board had on 14 November 2023 resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.5450 per Placement Share.
The issue price of RM0.5450 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0544 or 9.08% to the 5-day VWAMP of the SJC Shares up to and including 10 November 2023, being the last trading day immediately before the price-fixing date of RM0.5994 per SJC Share.
