The Company had on 26 June 2023 at its Thirtieth Annual General Meeting, obtained a general mandate to allow the Company and its subsidiaries to enter into RRPT of a revenue or trading nature as set out in its Circular to Shareholders dated 28 April 2023 (?Circular?).
Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (?MMLR?) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (?Bursa Securities?) and Paragraph 2.5 of Practice Note 12 of the MMLR of Bursa Securities, the Company wishes to announce the variation in estimated value of RRPT as disclosed in the Circular.
