On behalf of the Board of Directors of SJC ("Board"), TA Securities Holdings Berhad ("TA Securities") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed establishment of an employee share scheme ("ESS") of up to 15% of the total number of issued ordinary shares of SJC ("SJC Share(s)" or "Share(s)") (excluding treasury shares, if any) at any one time during the duration of the ESS, comprising a share option scheme ("Proposed Share Option Scheme") and a share grant scheme ("Proposed Share Grant Scheme"), for eligible employees and directors of the Company and its non-dormant subsidiaries ("Proposed ESS").
